How do I make a call using Workplace Chat?
You can call one person, or make group calls from Workplace Chat.
To voice call one person:
- From Chats, open a conversation with the person you want to voice call.
- Click
to the top-right.
To voice call a group:
- From Chats, open a conversation with the group of people you want to voice call.
- Click
- To remove a group member from the call, click X next to their name.
- Click Call.
Once you've started a voice call, you can make it a video chat by clicking
